Shipping addresses must be valid addresses and cannot be changed once an order has been placed. PO boxes are accepted.
In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays.

Please note that you may not receive all your items in the same package. If your items ship separately, the shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown on your original order confirmation.

Shipping companies charge a fee to change a shipping address if the package is already in their possession. The fee to change the shipping address can vary depending on your geographical location.

We can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes and duties. All orders shipping outside of Canada might be subject to customs and duties charges. This charge is independent of NOUMIS Inc. and is not included in the shipping charges.Any customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all the international orders outside of Canada.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items at your shipping expense within 7 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. All types of Earrings and sets are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
